ABOUT THE FOUNDER
IRENE A. IRENE
Ire A. Ire is a leadership development expert, educator, trainer, and mentor with over a decade of experience helping individuals and organizations unlock their leadership potential. He holds a B.Ed from the University of Ibadan, an M.Ed from the University of Benin, and a Certificate in Leadership from Daystar Leadership Academy. He is the founder of Higherway Leadership Institute and Higherway Christian Centre, where he serves as Lead Pastor. He has authored several books, including Capacity: The Engine of Destiny and Raising Godly Seed in an Ungodly World. His passion is to raise leaders who will make a difference in their generation and leave a legacy of lasting influence.

START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE
Exodus 4:2 - "And the Lord said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod."
God already knows what He has placed in your hands. When He asked Moses what was in his hand, He was not seeking information for Himself. He asked for Moses' sake, so that Moses would become aware of the tool God had already positioned in his life. God does not ask because He does not know. He asks so that you may know. The rod in Moses' hand looked ordinary, but in the hands of God it became the instrument of deliverance for an entire nation. What is in your hand today? It may look small, it may look insignificant, but the God who placed it there knows exactly what He plans to do with it.
Jeremiah 1:5 - "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." This verse reminds us that God deposits gifts and assignments in us before we are even formed. He has already placed something in your hand, something in your life, that He intends to use for His glory. You do not need to look for what you do not have. You need to discover and deploy what you already have. Start with what you have. That is where your miracle begins. That is where your ministry begins. That is where your leadership journey takes its first step.
